Everything traders ask first

Still unclear on something? Email support and we will answer it in plain language.

Is HyperMirror custodial?

No. You keep your funds in your own Hyperliquid account. There is no pooled treasury and no company wallet. You approve a trading agent, which is a permission — not a transfer.

Can the agent withdraw my funds?

No. The agent approval grants trade-only permission. Withdrawals and transfers remain exclusively signable by your wallet, and you can revoke the approval at any time.

What is the builder fee?

A transparent 0.1% builder fee on mirrored volume, paid through Hyperliquid's native builder-fee mechanism. You approve a maximum fee rate up front, and it is the only way we earn revenue.

What is Starter mode versus Full mode?

Under $100k of mirrored volume you run Starter mode: one elite trader with full risk controls in a single sub-account. From $100k, Full mode unlocks up to 10 traders running in parallel, each isolated and score-weighted.

How are the Top 10 traders selected?

Candidates are scored on public on-chain performance: realized PnL consistency, win rate, profit factor, position discipline and account survivability. Only traders that clear every floor enter the basket, and capital is weighted by score rather than split evenly.

How often are leaders replaced?

Scores are refreshed continuously against cached snapshots. A trader whose score decays enters probation and is replaced on the next rebalance; a hard breach — such as a risk-limit violation — triggers emergency replacement instead of waiting.

Where do my funds stay?

Always in your Hyperliquid account and its sub-accounts. Deposits are made directly on Hyperliquid, never to us. Balances, positions and history stay auditable on-chain under your address.

Can I stop anytime?

Yes. Pause Autopilot from your dashboard, or revoke the agent approval on-chain. Existing positions remain yours to manage or close as you choose.
